1. SAMPLE ORDER:
• New customer is entitled to a maximum of up to 30 mixed style order assortment on the first order only.
• Sample orders are to be paid in advance plus 10% of total amount as surcharge for handling and other documentation fees.
• For any items requested by customers and not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process. Customer will pay for the sample requested made for inspection and confirmation. This payment will be refunded when order is placed.
2. MINIMUM ORDER:
• USD1,000 worth of Order, failing bellows a 10% extra will be charged to cover additional handling and other documentation fees.
• Maximum of 10 styles mixed assortment; 1 style per pallet; 10 pallets pwe 1 x 20' excluding filler items. In excess, a 10% extra will be charged for every addional items to compensate handling cost.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION:
• Order requires a signed confirmation sent via a fax, scanned and email copy... prior starting production. No order change is accepted afterwards, unless mutually agreed.
• A plus/minus 5% production tolerance on quantity is effect for every order except ceramics which have a production tolerance level of 10%.
• Offer is valid for 6 months from the date of offer.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
• USD or EURO currency.
• 100% of Irrevocable Letter fo Credit at Sight or telegraphic transfer of 40% down payment and the remaining balance due 7 days after shipment date. Original shipping docs will be released upon receiving full payment.
5. SAMPLE LEADTIME:
• From 10 to 30 days depending on number of variation.
6. PRODUCTION LEADTIME:
• From 15 to 30 days depending on quantity of each items and number of variation.
